Arana Relief

The word ‘Arana’; meaning forest in Sinhala, is at the heart of our Ayurveda recipes, combining the natural goodness of Ceylon tea with the goodness in herbs, roots and spices from our forests. Sri Lanka’s forests are Nature’s Ayurvedic pharmacy; our ayurvedic pharmacopeia records the health and wellness in Ashwagandha, Clove, Turmeric, Ceylon Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Soursop, Gotukola and the many other ingredients in Arana Tea. The herbs, roots and spices used in our Arana teas & infusions are harvested by artisans, in the forests of Sri Lanka. Each natural ingredient is carefully selected by ayurvedic physicians and produced under their expert supervision.
