Pallo "Steamy Wanda" Coffee Machine Steam Brush 7.5mm. Excellent brush for cleaning steam wands and portafilter spouts. Removes debris - such as calcium mineral build up inside steam wands.
Particularly useful with anti-burn steam wands with Teflon pipes inside.
Although you purge after steaming milk, mineral deposits build-up on the inner walls and can prevent a complete purge.
As the machine cools down, a partial vacuum is formed in the system which can result in the residual milk residue getting sucked up towards and eventually into the boiler.
