Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping services within the Philippines only.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and pack your items within 2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any such delays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 3-5 business days within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for provinces after order processing. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport issues, or customs processes may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the specified attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (additional fees may apply).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery, we consider the order as fulfilled and completed.

If there are any discrepancies or issues with your delivered order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or other order details may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
