List of Accepted Models – Coffee Machines

1. Submit Your Trade-In Application 

Complete our Online Application Form with details about your existing coffee machine, including:

✔️ Brand & Model 

✔️ Date of Purchase 

✔️ Upload Photos of Your Machine 

✔️ Preferred Date for Assessment 

Once submitted, our team will contact you within 1-3 business days to schedule an evaluation. 

2. Machine Assessment by Our Technician 

Our trained technician will assess your machine on-site at your business location to determine eligibility based on: 

✔️ Machine condition 

✔️ Functionality & parts availability 

✔️ General wear and tear 

If your machine does not meet the eligibility criteria, it will not qualify for the Trade-In Program. 

3. Receive Your Trade-In Offer and Turn Over Your Old Machine 

Our Sales Team will provide a Trade-In Value Offer based on the technician's assessment. 

You can either: 

✅ Accept the Trade-In Value and proceed with the purchase of a new machine at a discounted rate 

❌ Decline the offer and retain your current machine (no further obligation) 

Once you accept the Trade-In Value Offer, you must turnover your coffee machine to the Technician and Sales.  

4. Complete the Purchase & Payment 

Once the offer is accepted, the discounted price (less the trade-in value) will be reflected in your Sales Invoice. The payment balance must be fully settled before delivery or pick-up via: 

✔️ Credit Card 

✔️ Online Bank Transfer 

✔️ Post-Dated Checks (PDC) 

5. Delivery of your New Coffee Machine 

Delivery Options are available or you may opt to pick it up in any of our Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation offices - nationwide.  

• The final Trade-In Value is non-negotiable and based on the technician’s assessment. 
• The new coffee machine must be from the same brand as your traded-in unit. 
• Trade-in Coffee Machines must be fully turned over after your agreement to Trade-In Value and before your New Coffee Machine is released. 
• Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation reserves the right to reject machines that do not meet program standards. Read more...
