We decided to optimize the fermented coffee process.
The coffee Pulping and screening module, pulps the ripe cherry coffee without using water (screening the non-pulped cherries from the pulped ones). The sieve screen separates the ripe parchment in one direction and the lower-grade coffee with pulps in another, leaving the ripe parchment beans ready for the fermentation process.
