The Silvia Pro takes home espresso to new heights. Thanks to it’s double boiler design with dual PID controllers, the temperature variance at the group is under 1°F, exceeding the World Barista Championship requirement for competition espresso machines. This gives you precise control over espresso extraction, enabling you to more accurately replicate your brew recipe with each cup. Utilizing commercial components, 1000 watts of power, and a digital display for shot time and temperature adjustment, the Silvia Pro is equally at home on a barista competition stage or your kitchen counter.

But don’t let the name fool you. You don’t have to be a barista pro to use the Silvia Pro. With automatic shot timer, water level alert, and simple brewing controls, the Silvia Pro takes the guess-work out of quality espresso. Preparing milk drinks on the Silvia Pro is just as simple. The dual boiler system allows you to steam milk while brewing without any loss temperature. The Silvia Pro comes standard with the same 4-hole, 1.5mm steam tip as our commercial espresso offerings. The highly efficient 1 liter steam boiler can steam for one 12 oz drink a minute with no loss in pressure.
