Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation’s Coffee Machine Trade-Up Program: Terms & Conditions

I. Official Terms
1.1. What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which you may take part in our Coffee Machine Trade-Up Program (“Trade-in Program”), which provides you with the option to get a reduction in price for selected new Rancilio, Synesso, Bezzera, or Mazzer machines (“New Machine”) purchased through our website (Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation) or through our physical offices in exchange for trading in your existing coffee machine (“Existing Machine”). The Trade-in Program is offered subject to New Coffee Machines being in stock and available on the website. The level of discount which you may receive will vary, depending on the model of Existing Coffee Machine that you would like to trade in and the condition of your Existing Machine, which are evaluated by our Technicians. The offer is limited to one New Coffee Machine per order and trade-in. Any further evaluations of Existing Coffee Machines under the Trade-in Program may likewise be rejected at our sole discretion. We may also refuse to accept any orders placed for New Coffee Machine (or cancel any such orders) using this Trade-in Program, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or other reasons after careful evaluation from our Technician Team.
1.2. Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully if you would like to take part in the Trade-in Program. These terms tell you the conditions and other important information related to the Trade-in Program and other important information.
II. Coffee Machine Trade-Up Program: Overview
2.1. How to take part in the Coffee Machine Trade-Up Program. Upon filling up the information on our Online Application Form, which is accessed in our website, social media, or provided a link through email and other message platforms given by our Official Sales, CSR, or Technician Personnel, you will be contacted by our team for your Existing Coffee Machine evaluation on your preferred date or when a Technician Personnel’s schedule is available within 1 to 3 business days upon filling up the Online Application Form. You must completely and accurately input information about your Existing Coffee Machine, as this will be subject for physical assessment and evaluation by our assigned Technician personnel from our team, who will proceed to your location.
2.2. The offer to take part in the Trade-in Program is available to B2B and B2C clients.
2.3. Your participation in the Trade-in Program is subject to you turning over your Existing Coffee Machine to our Technician and Sales personnel, after your Assessment Period and Agreement to the Trade-In Value.
2.4. The Trade-In Value of your existing coffee machine will be determined based on its condition, as assessed by our Technician. You, along with our Technician and Sales Team, will discuss and agree on the final Trade-In Value. Once confirmed, this amount will be applied as a discount toward the purchase price of a New Coffee machine, as reflected in the Sales Invoice. If you accept the Trade-In Value offer for your Existing Coffee Machine, our Technician and Sales Team will proceed with drafting the Trade-In Agreement & Consent Form for your New Coffee Machine purchase. Once the trade-in is accepted, the transaction will be final. No refunds or returns will be issued for the traded-in coffee machine.
2.5. The remaining balance can be paid via cash, post-dated check, or online bank transfer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details, including your order number and the exact amount to be paid, are correctly entered when making a bank transfer to Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation. Please note that no other payment methods are accepted. Any cash payments or transfers made to accounts not officially designated by Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation will not be recognized, and the company will not be held liable for such transactions.
2.6. The balance of the Statement of Account must be FULLY PAID on or before the Delivery Schedule of the New Coffee Machine and the Sales Invoice will be given upon FULL PAYMENT. You may opt to pick it up in any of our Equilibrium Intertrade Corporation offices - nationwide.
2.7. Other than as specified in these terms and conditions, our standard policies such as the: Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Services will govern your purchase of the New Coffee Machine and any other products purchased from our website.
