The FAT (Food Authenticity and Traceability) Program of the DLSU and the PNRI (Philippine Nuclear Research Institute) is a project that fulfills the Philippine Coffee Stakeholders aspiration to promote traceability through geographical identification using scientific data collated from the PCQC winning coffee origins. We at Curve Coffee supports this initiative and is the first company to endorse such initiative.
