- Down Payment Requirement
A 50% non-refundable down payment (DP) is required to confirm and reserve your pre-order.
- Lead Time
Estimated lead time for the machine to arrive in the Philippines is approximately 4 months from the confirmation of your order.
- Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival of the machine in Manila and prior to delivery or release of the unit.
- Delays
Lead times may be affected by shipping, customs, or supplier-related delays. The buyer will be notified of any changes in arrival schedule.
- Order Cancellation
Pre-orders with a confirmed down payment cannot be canceled. The down payment will not be refunded for canceled or changed orders.
- Warranty & Support
Warranty terms follow the standard Ascaso warranty guidelines provided upon unit release.
